After 13 years of general practice in the Chicago area, Larry became of counsel to a large suburban firm in 1989. In addition to his own practice, he worked with the firm handling and consulting on a variety of real estate related matters. His practice is concentrated in real estate transactions and title insurance matters with a strong emphasis on residential sales and purchases, including builder representation and condominium conversions.
Now located in both the north and west suburban areas, Larry continues to represent and all parties to real estate transactions throughout the Chicago metropolitan area.
Larry is a frequent speaker to real estate sales professionals on the status of real estate law and contract preparaton and at first time home buyer seminars for community organizations.
